How do I record a swing?

To record your golf swing:

  1. Tap Record Swing on the home screen.
  1. Place your phone 5–12 feet away with your whole body in frame.
  1. Record from:
  • Down-the-line (behind you) or

How do I share my video?

Tap  button to share video outside the app using Messages, Email, WhatsApp, etc. Videos and swing data go with your share link.

What are the key phases of the golf swing?

Our analyzer breaks the swing into 10 biomechanical checkpoints using industry-standard positions.

  1. P1 – Address
  1. P2 – Shaft Parallel (Backswing Start)
  1. P3 – Lead Arm Parallel
  1. P4 – Top of Backswing
  1. P5 – Lead Arm Parallel Downswing
  1. P6 – Shaft Parallel Downswing
  1. P7 – Impact
  1. P8 – Shaft Parallel Post-Impact
  1. P9 – Lead Arm Parallel Follow-Through
  1. P10 – Finish

These checkpoints help you compare your positions to professional movement patterns.

How do I mark these positions in my video?

The app automatically:

  • Detects your body
  • Tracks your joint movement frame-by-frame
  • Identifies P1–P10 positions using body motion and timing

You can scrub through your video to see each position clearly labeled.

How do I know if my swing is good or bad?

We give you color-coded feedback based on biomechanical ranges used by instructors and Tour-level systems.

  • 🟩 Green = Ideal
  • 🟨 Yellow = Functional but could be improved
  • 🟥 Red = Outside the recommended range

The analyzer compares your angles at each swing phase to the target ranges for:

  • Pelvis rotation (Lower Body Turn)
  • Shoulder rotation (Upper Body Turn)
  • Pelvis tilt (How level your hips are)
  • Shoulder tilt (How level your shoulders are)
  • Spine angle (How much you bend forward)
  • Upper and lower leg angles (Stability and Power)
  • Arm angles (Arm Width and Plane)
